Kintsugi workshop

In two weeks, I will be holding a workshop with my collegues Susie Kahlich and Anne Pascale Frohn. We've started working together a few months ago because we noticed we all want to help women that are suffering from consequences of trauma and we could bring our techniques together to build a progressive pathway towards release of trauma consequences.

We're very excited to present you the result of our brainstorming on the 21th of January in Urbanraum! It is named Kintsugi, like the japanese art of repairing with gold, because we believe that by integrating your experiences, they will make you stronger and you will shine from the inside out.

If you suffer from

  • anxiety/frightening thoughts/bad dreams
  • irritability/anger/guilt
  • sleeping or eating disorder
  • loss of interest, drive/ negative thoughts about yourself
  • pain/ailments

related to past traumatic events, this workshop will give you guidance and practical tools to alleviate this symptoms.

We offer 4 fully sponsored places to ensure that everyone has a chance to be part of it.

Register soon if you wanna be part of it, places are filling up!

Meridianübungen - Makko Ho

I would like to introduce you to the Makko Ho, the energetic exercises developped by Masunaga.

They stimulate Ki circulation and are a good way to maintain your balance between the treatments.

Don't hesitate if you have questions about them, I can show them to you after the treatment!

Vipassana Meditation

I'm away from the 16th november until the 27th for a vipassana meditation retreat. This means that I won't be able to check my phone or internet. You're welcome to leave me messages or ask for appointments, just be aware that I will only be able to answer when I'm back :)
